The company this is an opportunity for you to join a thriving industry leader within their market. We are on the lookout for an experienced Assistant Accountant to support the team on a permanent, full time basis. CBD location, work from home flex, paying from $80,000 - $90,000 + super, pending experience.

The role handle ad hoc tasks related to accounts receivable address/accounts payable (AP) queries promptly. Manage weekly AP payment runs across multiple entities. Assist in processing fortnightly payroll. Validate invoices against supplier statements.

Perform weekly supplier reconciliations and resolve variances for multiple suppliers. Perform balance sheet reconciliations. Complete period-end tasks, including accruals. Undertake any additional tasks as directed by the Finance Manager.

About you, you are a quick thinking, reliable Assistant Accountant & you are part or fully CA/CPA qualified. Ideally, you would have 4 - 5 years in a similar position and have some hands on payroll experience. Strong excel skills/past ERP experience. Be a permanent resident or Australian citizen.
