Assistant Accountant Charterhouse location Sydney. up to $75,000 plus super.

Permanent full time position. Assistant Accountant | 2+ years experience in a similar role. CBD outskirts | mix of WFH (3 days) & Office (2days). Experience in reconciliations is essential for this role & fixed assets, you will be an Excel whizz and love working in a collaborative team.

I am pleased to be recruiting for one of my favorite clients, we are looking for a driven, enthusiastic assistant accountant to join their established finance team on a permanent full time basis. You will be joining a passionate and collaborative team and all round a fantastic company.

My client is based just on the outskirts of the CBD (close to public transport), you will have working flexibility (mix of home and office based). Salary up to $75k+super (experience dependant).

Key duties (not limited to) daily bank reconciliations. Invoicing and posting of sales transactions. Allocation of debtors. Reconciliation of receivables. Management of fixed asset register. Month end tasks such as accruals, prepayments, journals.

Essential experience required reconciliation experience. Fixed asset experience. Month end process. Intermediate / Advanced Excel. Able to work to tight deadline. Attention to detail. Excellent communication both written and verbally. AU / NZ citizen or Permanent Resident.
