Assistant Accountant - Property Developments Intuitive Recruitment Pty Ltd location Sydney, CBD, Inner West and Eastern Suburbs. Salary $70,000 - $75,000 Plus Super and Bonus. Our client, is a leading ASX Listed Property Investment Group with a large development multi-billion dollar development pipeline. Due to an internal promotion, an excellent opportunity has arisen with within the Sydney head office team. The role reporting to the finance manager, you will be supporting the finance team, in so performing the following responsibilities assist with management reporting and analysis; including end-to-end month end processing to meet corporate deadlines, forecast analysis and preparation of management accounts to senior stakeholders, assist with budgeting and forecasting including analysing and reporting variance against budget and forecasts and assisting the finance manager to co-ordinate and prepare the annual budgets & forecasts, assist with consolidating financials for multiple entities, including developing relationships with department heads, ensuring the completion and upkeep of all bookkeeping duties as required, investigating process improvements and streamlining systems, adding value across the whole organization, ad-hoc projects and further business analysis. Candidate profile and experience an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, up and coming finance professional looking to progress your career within industry, ideally candidates will have/be, property industry experience or strong desire to work in the property sector, strong team player with ability to work in a team environment essential, the ability to self-motivate, add value, strong communication skills are paramount, ideally working towards ca or cpa qualification and strong excel skills are preferred.
