Assistant Accountant - Property Developments Intuitive Recruitment Pty Ltd location Sydney, CBD, Inner West and Eastern Suburbs. Salary $70,000 - $75,000 Plus Super and Bonus. Our client, is a leading ASX Listed Property Investment Group with a large development multi-billion dollar development pipeline. The role reporting to the finance manager, you will be supporting the finance team, in so performing the following responsibilities assist with management reporting and analysis; including end-to-end month end processing to meet corporate deadlines, forecast analysis and preparation of management accounts to senior stakeholders, assist with budgeting and forecasting including analysing and reporting variance against budget and forecasts and assisting the finance manager to co-ordinate and prepare the annual budgets & forecasts, assist with consolidating financials for multiple entities, including developing relationships with department heads, ensuring the completion and upkeep of all bookkeeping duties as required, investigating process improvements and streamlining systems, adding value across the whole organization, ad-hoc projects and further business analysis.
