Transforming Australian sheet metal into custom luminaires with in-house powder coating, assembly and testing, providing customised products with versatility and strong design elements.

Responsibilities daily bank reconciliations. Accounts receivable and payable processing. Preparation of monthly reports and Board pack. Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations. Fixed asset management. Monthly BAS preparation. Preparation and lodgement of monthly payroll tax returns and annual FBT return. Renewal of Business Insurance Policies.

Preparation of Payroll. Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements. Assist in the annual audit process. Assist in the preparation of annual income tax return. Assist in the development of Company policies and implementation/adherence. Assist in the forecast process. Preparation of sales and ad hoc reports.

Key performance indicators accurate and timely close of month end results. Accurate and timely preparation of Board pack and monthly reports. Completion of audit. Accurate and verifiable Balance Sheet reconciliations. Compliance with Taxation and regulatory obligations.

Requirements use of ABM preferable or large ERP system. Excellent communication skills written and oral. Ambitious, hardworking and willingness to learn. Service-oriented personality. Tech-savvy.

Salary and benefits competitive base salary of $80,000 to $90,000 per annum, with additional superannuation.
