About us Stellar Entertainment is a Content Service Provider that delivers Inflight Entertainment solutions to Airlines around the globe. We pride ourselves in offering a boutique, personalised, and dedicated service to our airline partners in line with delivering their entertainment programs.

The role the successful candidate duties will include but not limited to the following processing accounts payable and receivable. Generating purchase orders and invoices. Processing payments and managing petty cash. Completing bank reconciliation. Entering financial information into Sage. Processing business expenses and ensuring these expenses are within the set budget.

Coordinating external audits. Verifying balances in general ledgers and rectifying discrepancies. Managing inter-company transactions and billings. Assisting the finance department and senior accounting staff members with various tasks, including preparing budgets, records, financial reports and statements, and year-end analysis.

Handling accruals and prepayments. Reviewing general ledger for accuracy and meticulously tracing errors back to their source. Resolving errors in financial reports and correcting faulty reporting methods. Liaising with other departments internally, suppliers and customers, and ATO.

About you proficient in Excel and strong written and oral communication skills would be highly preferable. Previous accounting experience and solid knowledge in individual tax returns would be an asset.
