Responsibilities accounting for payroll costs, including liaising with ssc for payroll related activities, including posting payroll journals, bank reconciliations, preparation of monthly activity statements and gst returns for australia, preparation and posting of monthly journal entries in the general ledger and related account reconciliations, accounting for prepayments, supporting the accounts payable and accounts receivable team, completing all statistics surveys for australia, assist with managing the fixed asset registers for all entities in the group, assisting in the preparation of the income tax returns for australia, assisting in the preparation of the half year and annual financial statements, ad hoc analysis, kpi reporting, ad hoc responsibilities.
