We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Assistant Accountant to join our team. The role is a mix of financial and management accounting. Working with us means working hard, being on time, rolling up the sleeves and getting on with the task at hand. Key responsibilities include creditors/debtors management across the Group. Respond and resolve customer queries. Monitor overhead/expenditure spend. Processing of statutory returns and payments. Assist with cashflow management. Review cost center/general ledger reports to investigate and correct unusual variances. Assist with monthly reporting across the Group.

The successful candidate must have Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, partial or completed CA or CPA preferred. Relevant Experience in an Accounting role for at least 3. Advanced knowledge of Excel. Be team player, strong drive, willingness to learn and a positive attitude. Ability and willingness to be involved at a transactional level. Excellent communication skills- both written and spoken.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. The flexibility to meet changing needs and priorities. May require travel between our Auckland locations. The Company offers an attractive remuneration package for the right candidate.
