This industry-leading Not for Profit organisation is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join the team, liaising with numerous departments across Billings, Shared Services, Finance and administration. You will be responsible for revenue transactional functions, communicating and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and management reporting as required. The responsibilities processing billings claims for both employees and customers, being the key person of contact for any billings queries, ensuring claims are compliant with internal control policies and audit requirements of the company, monthly reporting to different managers of their sector, communicating with stakeholders in the internal company processes to improve productivity, maximising billing recoveries. The successful applicant will have will have exceptional time management skills, and the ability prioritise their workload in a logical way, possess a level of literacy and numeracy skills, excellent interpersonal skills, someone who can confidently liaise with members from various departments, an active listener, someone who can use this skill to meet people’s needs, but also able to take on feedback to improve their own work, takes initiative, can work autonomously.
