Your new company a leading telecommunications company based on the outskirts of the CBD are offering a very exciting opportunity for an Assistant Accountant to join their finance department on a temporary to permanent basis. This role is vacant due to an internal promotion and offers a great opportunity for an already established Assistant Accountant.

Your new role reporting directly to the Finance Manager your key responsibilities will include process month end journals.  Balance sheet reconciliations & investigate variances. Allocation of expenses to correct cost centres. Review financial operations to identify areas of improvement. Financial reporting and provide insight into any variances.

What you'll need to succeed have minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Experience working in a large corporate finance team. Commenced CA/CPA qualifications. Large ERP system experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
