Your new role your main responsibility will be providing support to the Account Managers (Mainly Commercial Clients) in the following areas commercial clients will consist from large clients down to small business clients. Providing assistance to cover staff leave or if they are overloaded. Drive prospect pipeline for new business in the larger Commercial client space. Working with three Commercial Account Managers to design, implement and drive marketing and new income acquisition.

To be successful in the role you will need to have demonstrated the following certificate III or Certificate IV. Tier 2 mandatory, Tier 1 preferred. Must have Insurance, brokering and sales experience. Maintain current knowledge of and adhere to company policies and principles as detailed.

Excellent communication skills. Highly skilled in interacting with employees. Understanding the needs of clients with diverse services and products. Adapt to the culture of McCormick Harris. Demonstrating the ability to work effectively in a team or those outside the formal line of authority. 2 satisfactory references.
