Assistant, Ticketing Services Arts Centre Melbourne location Melbourne. $60,426.08 p.a. pro rata plus superannuation.

Variable-Time position (approx. 25 hours per week). Ongoing position within the Ticketing Services team. Located in the heart of the CBD with easy access to public transportation.

About the role you will use your excellent customer service skills to deliver remarkable and personalised ticketing service to our customers. Hours of work may vary, are based around Box Office and Contact Centre hours, and with a large proportion at night and on weekends, particularly Friday and Saturday.  Variable-Time ongoing position (approx. 25 hours per week). Salary band 2.1 $60,426.08 p.a. pro rata plus superannuation.

Your Skills and Experience (selection criteria) experience in the delivery of customer service that has resulted in successful and enjoyable customer experiences, exceeding expectations. Experience with handling and balancing a variety of payment methods. Basic ticketing experience is an advantage (experience using Tessitura will be highly regarded).

Contact Centre experience is an advantage. Proven experience with and understanding of current technology, operating systems and applications, and the ability to learn new technology and systems within a reasonable timeframe. About the team the Customer Service team sits within the Customer Experience pillar and is responsible for proactively delivering personalised services of value that create the ultimate experience before, during and after each visit. The team is comprised of service and support teams for Ticketing, Front of House, Car Park, Concierge, Guided Tours and Applications that support all these areas.
