Assistant location Boon Lay / Jurong / Tuas, West. Job Type Full-Time. Company Name Just Recruit Singapore Pte Ltd. Salary $1600 - $2000, working days/hours 5 days’ work a week, 7.50am to 4.55pm, work location tuas. Responsibilities to release export delivery orders for export shipment using in-house program, perform export packing list and invoice for consumable products, contact forwarders, carriers for container booking and confirmation, to perform import receiving using in-house program, to assist supervisor in preparing import and export report, to perform other administrative duties such as filing, typing etc. Requirements minimum gce ‘o’ levels or certificate in office skills, experience in shipping or logistic will be an advantage, good attitude and willing to take up new responsibility, excellent in microsoft office especially excel and word, able to work fast, dynamic environment.
