Asset Coordinator ADT Security location Auckland.

As our Asset Coordinator you will be responsible for managing, reconciling and dispatching of medical and fire stock for ADT Consumer Monitoring business. This position will ensure that stock is dispatched to dealers in a timely manner and the master stick list is reconciled.
Specific accountabilities administration support including Filing. Reconciling master stock list while setting up and maintaining files. Upgrading of alarm and upgrading of software. Involvement in special projects as and when required. Ensuring that each dealer/rep has ample stock.
Establish and maintain quality communication levels with colleagues, supervisors and management. Contribute to the attainment of high customer service standards. Contribute to a safe work environment by participating in the Health and Safety practices of the Company's Health and SafetyManual. Follow up and manage returning/cancelled stock. Carry out monthly and quarterly stock takes.
Who are we looking for fast data entry speed, ideally 8,000 key strokes per hour. High attention to detail entering both numeric and alpha numeric data. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook (familiar with calendar function, distribution lists and folders).
Microsoft Word and Excel (familiar with mail merge, tables, document formatting and formulas). Previous experience in an administration and data entry role. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to meet deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment.
