About You:

You are an experienced commercial lawyer
You have extensive commercial project development/joint venture/contract law experience
You have experience in non-operated upstream gas joint venture agreements
You have the ability to hit the ground running and work closely with a fast paced team
You have the ability to work autonomously and prioritise
You have a minimum of 6 years' experience
You have the ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the business
You have a current practising certificate
You have the right to live and work in Australia
