Job description 17 administrator office. Location Auckland Central. Salary range - $57,083 - $66,018.
About the role we are looking for people with a range of skills, backgrounds, life skills and levels of experience. Maybe you are currently working in hospitality, retail, or a customer service role and need to get your first step into a dynamic corporate career. We have 17 newly created admin positions which are Monday - Friday, so no more weekends or late nights.

As an Arms Administrator within the Arms team, you will play an integral role improving public safety by stopping firearms falling into the wrong hands and reducing the risk of anyone becoming victims of firearms crime.
What you'll bring great communication skills. Can relate to people at all levels. Critical thinking and sound judgement. Computer savvy. Strong administration skills.
Key accountabilities responding to customer enquiries. Maintaining a database. Maintain accurate correspondence. Updating information, undertaking mail-outs and other associated tasks. Manage and respond to firearms related enquiries via emails or phone. Provide accurate advice and share information with appropriate stakeholders. Requirements applicants need to be New Zealand Permanent Residents, Auckland based.
Pre-Employment checks standard police vetting check is required. Drug and alcohol testing this role is set at an Individual Contributor level this means your key purpose is to deliver (or enable others to deliver) "Our Business".
