About the role as an administrator, within a dedicated national firearms team, you will play an integral role improving public safety by stopping firearms falling into the wrong hands and reducing the risk of anyone becoming victims of firearms crime. Directly supporting the district firearms licensing team, you will be involved in the day-to-day processing of new applications and renewal of applications for a New Zealand firearm's licence. We are not expecting you to have these skills as you'll be continuously trained and supported with all you need to thrive in the role.
