Area Manager Big Umbrella location Illawarra and South Coast. $115-130K + Bonus + Super.

The role people leadership – inspire & lead a small team of 5 to optimise performance & engagement. Training & coaching – work with individuals to enhance performance & development. Quality assurance – ensure compliance & quality across all services, identify training requirements & areas for improvement.
Recruitment & retention – identify & attract high quality individuals, promote ongoing learning & progression. Customer relationship management – foster robust relationships with customers in collaboration with dedicated Account Management & BD team. Financial management – work with your team to ensure targets are being met. Contribute to the broader leadership team as an active people leader in the Wollongong region.
The Benefits $115,000-130,000 + Super, in line with experience (+ Bonus). Performance-based bonus scheme to reward your contribution. Option of company cars or reimbursement for use of your own car. Full-time role or option for part-time (4 days); or compressed 9 day-fortnight.

The Ideal candidate allied health qualifications with relevant professional membership (Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, RN, Psychologist, Rehab Counsellor or SW).
3-5 years'+ Workplace Rehabilitation experience. Experience leading a team or training & coaching others to reach their potential. Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Enjoys building robust stakeholder relationships. Passionate about assisting clients return to work. Driver’s licence.
