Architectural Draftsperson JPA and D Australia Pty ltd location Sydney.

We are an expanding architectural practise working on a wide variety of government and private sector projects. Happy staff is one of our priorities. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and strong construction documentation skills in Autocad and Revit.

The successful person must have the following essential attributes excellent written and spoken English to the level of a native speaker, proficient experience with both Revit and Autocad, a high degree of technical and construction documentation skill, a diploma in Building Design as a minimum qualification, Australian experience in architectural drafting using Revit and Autocad, the ability to organise drawn documentation packages, the skills to prepare approval application and construction drawings, the ability to communicate with consultants, clients and consent authorities, a willingness to work as part of a team, excellent time management and organisational skills, solid knowledge of the national construction code and australian standards, the ability to handle all aspects of drafting from preliminary plans through to full working drawings.

Also beneficial to this role are experience in documentation of heritage projects, experience in documentation of interior office fitout projects, ability to use microsoft office project.
