Kraft Homes is looking for a draftsperson who can accurately using autocad to prepare and complete architectural drawings within designated time frames, ensure all drawings are completed with 100% accuracy to reflect customer requirements as described in the sales estimate, as well as in accordance with kraft homes standards, produce drawings to support stages of the workflow process to reflect the customers’ requirements and to incorporate amendments required to obtain all relevant permits. The successful candidate will have architectural drafting (diploma or higher), must have minimum 1 years australian autocad residential drafting experience, a strong understanding of the residential home building and construction process, exposure and competent use of ncc, residential construction codes and autocad, the ability to communicate professionally, prioritise and meet deadlines and implement a high level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to all tasks undertaken.
