APS4 Passport Case Officer SOS Recruitment location Melbourne. $42.15 per hour.

Overview our Federal Government client is currently seeking multiple Admin Compliance Officers to join their growing team at the APS4 level. Within this role you will provide assistance and guidance in the production of personalisation of documents.

Your responsibilities identify, investigate and resolve moderately-complex to complex travel document eligibility and related issues. Develop and maintain up to date knowledge of the document legalisation process and relevant international legal conventions in order to make informed decisions

Travel document processing including decision-making and recommendations on the eligibility of applicants for an Australian Travel Document by providing appropriate determinations. Achieve accurate, timely and high-quality outcomes to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the organisation.

Liaise and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to keep abreast of developments related to the issue of Australian travel documents and other operational areas.

Facilitate the coordination of workflow, workload and resource allocation priorities as they relate to the eligibility of travel document tasks as well as provide assistance with face-to-face interviews of clients to enable travel and legalisation documents issuance.

Experience or requirements has the ability to assess applications and process documentation. Demonstrates high attention to detail. Can manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines. Has the ability to interpret policy and legislation to make relevant determinations regarding applications.

Excellent customer service, stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills. Can work autonomously and within a team. Takes on a proactive and collaborative approach to problem solving.
