About the role in this role you will be working as part of a specialised team responsible for the Messaging and Collaboration with the NSW Police Force. You will be working with both internal teams and directly with Police in the field supporting technologies around, Email, Chat based workspace, Mobile Management, SMS, File Sharing as well as Archival systems.

In this position is you will be responsible for the day to day running of both internal and cloud based systems, providing 2nd level support to these systems. This is an important role within the Messaging team and contributes to the overall success in the delivery of services to the NSW Police force.

The Application Support Officer provides technical administration and support for the day to day operations of assigned NSW Police Force organisational ICT applications working collaboratively ECT initiatives that support the community through policing practices. To be successful in this role. You will have ability to pick up new technologies. Good communication skills. Ability to work as part of a team. Ability to be part of an on call roster.
