Application Support Analyst GSCMS location Melbourne. We are one of the leading providers of I.T. and freight transport management systems to national transport providers in Australia. We are looking for candidates with a can-do, positive attitude, excellent communication skills and passion with business information systems and/or IT in general experience.

The responsibility of this role include provide general support for existing and new transport systems, troubleshoot issues reported by customer, report bugs and new feature requests where applicable.

Perform user testing for new features and fixes implemented by developers, which includes prepare test scenarios, test cases, execute test cases, defect logging, data manipulation and processing in relation to supported applications, provide redundancy to other relevant areas of our business in relation to supported applications.

Some commercial experience in the following areas is required in order to be considered for this role providing telephone, email and remote access support, Windows (XP, 7, 8, 10) support and troubleshooting, advanced understanding of mainstream web browsers options and settings (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc'), commercial business application testing, data manipulation experience in spreadsheet applications such as Excel, experience in transport and logistics industry would be highly regarded.
