The Apple Professional Development Program is a 12-month immersion into Apple that is designed for recent graduates, and those with equivalent practical experience, to rotate through at least three teams at the ANZ head office in Sydney.
Ideal candidate for the Program thinks outside the box, has excellent organisational skills and is comfortable working in a vibrant, fast-paced environment. You adapt well to change and ambiguity. You find the right path without necessarily having all of the pieces to the puzzle, and can shift gears when needed. You also have an eye for turning data into insights. And through your communication skills, you always strive to make the complex simple.
Description
- This is a rotation-based program where you will work closely with a minimum of three designated teams selected from a wide spectrum of business functions at Apple.
- Your rotations will be determined in consideration of your interests, skills, passions, and the dynamic needs of the business.
- This program offers mentorship to elevate your business acumen as well as unique opportunities to hone your proficiency in persuasive communication and storytelling.
- You will work collaboratively on shared and self-led projects with members of various teams to achieve business objectives.
- You will be responsible for ensuring that your work is completed to high standards and set timelines.
- You will present key learnings after each rotation, and work with your peers on a major team project.
Minimum Qualifications
University degree or equivalent practical experience.
Applicants will be required to work full-time for 12 months in Sydney, commencing 6 July 2026.
Must have the right to work in Australia.

The position focuses on tackling a variety of real-world opportunities across multiple parts of the organisation over the course of the year. Program participants are invited to provide creative insight, problem solving and a strong sense of collaboration to shared and individual project
