Our State Government client is seeking 4 x AO3 Service Maintenance Support Officers to join their Cannon Hill team.

As the Service Maintenance Support Officer, your duties will include but will not be limited to receipt, review, and data entry of Fire Contractors statutory Yearly Condition Reports. Filing of Yearly Condition Reports.

Communication to Contractors. Generation of emails to Partners containing statutory Yearly Condition Reports. Responding to Contractor and Partners enquiries. Achieving weekly progress targets.

To be successful in this role, you will have intermediate MS Excel, Excel365 skills. Intermediate MS Outlook skills. Working knowledge with MS Windows Explorer or File Explorer. >6 months experience in mass repetitive data entry with high degree of accuracy. Great communication skills, both oral and written. Understanding of the Building Fire Safety Regulation, preferred.
