Accounts Payable Officer AO3. 3 months +. $44.49 + super per hour. Queensland Government. South East Brisbane – close to public transport. Fantastic opportunity to join this great team environment, for a 3 month temporary role with possible extension, in Queensland Government.

The role our client, is currently seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their dynamic team on a temporary basis.

Your duties will include high volume invoice processing. High level data processing with fast and accurate data entry skills. Must be proficient in the use of Adobe Pro, Outlook and Excel. Customer service and stakeholder engagement via email and phone.

You the successful candidates will have fast and accurate data entry with a minimum of 6 months experience in an accounts payable role. You will be able to demonstrate the following high attention to detail. Ability to adapt to new systems quickly. Excellent communication skills. Ability to do repetitive work. Must be able to show initiative and be able to work in a team environment. Government experience highly desirable.
