AO2 Delivery Support Officer DFP Recruitment location Brisbane. $32.50 per hour.

This large State Government department are seeking an experienced Delivery Support Administrator to assist with their overflow of work. This assignment will initially be for 3 months with a view to extension.

The successful candidate will undertake general administrative duties including but not limited to reception, records maintenance, completion of forms, registering and distributing mail and correspondence according to established procedures and contribute to improvement in business processes and practices. Undertake accurate and efficient delivery support services utilising various software packages (including word processing, spread sheeting, data input and email), internal databases and office equipment.

Proactively manage your own workflow, take ownership for the accurate completion of your work, perform duties in line with guidelines, procedures and compliance requirements and continually seek improvement in the way in which work is performed. Provide efficient and timely support to the work unit, ensure daily activities align with business operations, proactively assist others and operate effectively as a member of a team. Provide professional, efficient and timely delivery support and customer service to external and internal clients and respond appropriately to verbal and written enquiries and escalate issues where required.

To be successful in this role you will have strong MS Skills - Teams, Outlook, Excel and Word. Customer service experience across Reception, Phone based communication and email correspondence. Ability to work within agreed priorities and timeframes, and independently on routine tasks. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and listen carefully to others to determine client needs and take appropriate action.

Strong time management capabilities. Sound interpersonal skills, including demonstrated written and verbal communication skills and a strong commitment to working in a team environment.
