Ecolab’s Pest Elimination division provides essential, science‑based protection that keeps businesses safe, compliant and pest‑free. We are seeking a proven Sales Director to lead our ANZ sales organisation—someone experienced in services‑based growth, high‑performing team leadership and driving commercial results across Australia and New Zealand.

About the Role

The Sales Director will own the commercial strategy and lead a national sales team focused on new business acquisition, customer partnership development and retention of corporate and national accounts. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for shaping market direction, elevating capability and delivering strong financial outcomes.
You will lead from the front—coaching the team, partnering across the business, and fostering a culture of performance, accountability and customer focus.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership & Growth

Lead and develop a team of 10 sales professionals across ANZ

Build and execute annual strategies for new business and corporate accounts

Drive a disciplined, high‑performance sales culture

Own forecasting, pipeline management and growth planning

Commercial & Financial Management

Oversee pricing, renewals, commercial negotiations and deal governance

Ensure profitable, sustainable growth

Partner with marketing, operations and finance to deliver integrated solutions

Customer & Market Engagement

Strengthen relationships with corporate, multi‑site and strategic accounts

Identify and convert new opportunities across key industries

Represent Ecolab at customer meetings, industry events and sector forums

Operational Excellence & Market Insight

Analyse market and competitor trends to guide strategy

Implement best‑practice sales processes, tools and reporting

Ensure compliance with Ecolab’s safety, quality and ethical standards
