About the role the Analyst will support the Fund Manager and Senior Leadership Team by providing accurate financial analysis for ongoing projects and investment opportunities.
Key responsibilities include preparing and maintaining financial models, monitoring project performance, assisting with investor materials and financing workstreams, and conducting market research. The role also involves supporting feasibility and acquisition analysis for new developments, managing stakeholder relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to improve processes.
Key responsibilities prepare and maintain financial models that support investment and project team activities. Collaborate with the accounts team to ensure timely execution of financing workstreams and capital management tasks.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of active investments for internal and external stakeholder reporting. Support the preparation of investor materials such as Information Memorandums and Deal Summaries. Assist with debt financing, private equity raising, and strategic initiatives such as acquisitions, recapitalisation, and divestments.
Prepare monthly and ad hoc project reports as well as management reporting. Assist in benchmarking comparable projects and sourcing market information for concise reporting. Prepare research reports as directed by senior management. Support financing structuring and acquisition workstreams for new development opportunities.
Prepare feasibility and financing models for new developments, incorporating scenario and sensitivity analysis. Assist in evaluating deal structures, assessing feasibility against key risk and return parameters. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including consultants, investors, and banks.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of relevant information. Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve internal processes and ensure accuracy in analysis and research. Support business improvement initiatives, including marketing and strategic projects.
Qualifications and experience tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Legal, or a related discipline. 2-3 years of relevant experience in a finance, advisory, or commercial role. Strong financial and commercial acumen, with advanced financial modelling skills in Debt Financing and Asset Management.
Excellent MS Office Suite skills. Experience working on Multimillion Dollar Projects. Strong team player, capable of collaborating with diverse teams. Experience in due diligence and deal evaluation. Strong attention to detail and understanding of accounting concepts, reporting, and principles. Strong oral and written communication skills.
Desirable qualifications knowledge of property valuation methodologies and feasibility analysis. Post-graduate finance qualifications such as CFA, CA, or Masters of Finance.
