Allocations Officer The Royal Women's Hospital Melbourne.

Allocations Officer, Casual Workforce. Ongoing - One Full time role (or 2 part-time job share roles will be considered). Eight hour shifts, 12:00pm - 20:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Your contribution this role will provide administrative support to The Women’s Bank ensuring that on a day-to-day basis all Bank resources are utilised to ensure coverage of short-term vacancies within nursing/midwifery and non-clinical areas in the hospital. The role is customer service in nature and interacts frequently with Unit Managers/Team Leaders, After Hours Managers, Access/Workforce Manager and Senior Allocations Officer re staffing requirements.

Duties will include (but are not limited to) the following engaging in clear and regular communication to meet the needs of leaders and workforce. Ensuring efficient and effective backfill of vacant shifts to optimise the skill available. Liaising with various workforce types (i.e. permanent/casual/agency).

About you to be successful within this role you will need to have experience in allocation/rostering of casual staff (desired). Ability to perform administrative/customer service orientated tasks in a high[1]volume and complex environment. Professional manner and experience in forming professional relationships with stakeholders. High attention to detail.
