About the role join our Allied Health Services team as a Receptionist and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care and service to our clients. As the first point of contact, you'll work closely with our Wellness Team, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations at the Reception Desk.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing all transactions, including accurate EFTPOS procedures, handling program and membership inquiries, and addressing customer concerns with professionalism and empathy. Your ability to provide fast, friendly, and focused service will be key in creating a positive experience for our clients.

We are currently offering the following Permanent Part-Time positions in our Allied Health Reception Team 23 hours per week: Monday, 5.15 am - 1.15 pm; Tuesday, 5.15 am - 1.45 pm; and Wednesday, 5.15 am - 1.15 pm. 16 hours per week: Wednesday, 1.00 pm - 7.00 pm; Thursday, 1.00 pm - 7.00 pm; and Friday, 1.00 pm - 6.00 pm. 15 hours per week: Thursday and Friday, 5.15 am - 1.15 pm.

Essential criteria extensive Experience in an administration-based role. Current First Aid Certificate. A valid NSW Working with Children Check. Commencing salary: $30.00 - $34.72 per hour, plus 11.5% Superannuation.

This position has been identified as a Child-Related position under Child Protection laws in NSW.
