About the role as the face of the Christchurch Airport, this role will see you interacting with a variety of people from airlines to visitors and everyone in between. This is a part-time role working a 2 day on and 6 day off rotating roster which covers a seven-day, 24 hour period including some weekends.

As a member of the Airport Services team your key responsibilities will be to actively engage with and assist passengers and visitors at the airport. Liaise with the airlines, Government agencies, other operators and tenants. Be prepared and ready to assist with any emergency management situations. Ensure we maintain a safe and secure airport at all times.

About you the successful candidate will be available to work on a shift roster basis, covering the 24/7 operation including working night shifts. Resilient, solution-focused and proactive. Experienced in front line customer service. Physically fit, as you will be on your feet and walking around for most of the 11-hour shift, both inside and outside.
