We are seeking a ‘can do’ and down to earth individual to join our team. As a Technical Records Assistant, you will have a strong ability to focus on detail and procedures supported by excellent communication and prioritisation skills.

The ability to work autonomously and within a small team is essential.

In this entry-level position, you’ll support our engineering and maintenance teams by keeping aircraft records accurate, organised, and up to date.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and organise aircraft maintenance documentation
Enter data into aircraft tracking and maintenance systems
Prepare and file work packs, logbooks, and inspection records
Assist with audits and compliance checks
Collaborate with engineers and maintenance planners
What You’ll Need:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good computer skills (especially Microsoft Excel/Word)
Interest in aviation, data entry, or admin support
Eagerness to learn and contribute to a team
No aviation experience necessary — full training provided
