Air Conditioning and Solar Administration Stinson Air and Solar location Perth.

Stinson Air & Solar is a multiple award-winning company driven by a fantastic and fun team. We require a new homes "pre start" administrator to work with our premium clients; predominately the ABN Group, being Webb and Browne-Neaves, Dale Alcock Homes, Celebration Homes and Homebuyers Centre.

The role will involve working closely with excited new home buyers on their journey of making selections and decisions for their new home focusing on their air conditioning, solar and battery storage needs. The successful candidate will need to have fantastic people skills, be a quick learner as well as have excellent time management skills. Experience in the solar, air conditioning or new homes industry is preferred though intensive training will be supplied for several months before being thrown in the deep end if required.

The ideal candidate have some previous similar industry experience, will be highly efficient, with a bright bubbly personality, friendly, well presented and be willing and able to provide a high quality client and administrative service as required by the role. Day to day duties include, but are not limited to pre start consultations with new home buyers. Assisting sales / design team in the preparation of proposals and designs. Assisting fellow team members when required. Assisting with clients after sales / selections queries and support.

To be successful in this position you must show initiative with a mature work ethic. Have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal). Have a good sense of humour. Be customer focused. Pay very close attention to detail. Willing to learn and take on new tasks.
