After School Tuition Manager Straight A's Limited location Auckland. $80,000 – $90,000 per year.

Our dynamic and progressive after school tuition company is seeking an educational professional who has a deep desire to build confidence and self esteem in students while inspiring them to excel in Mathematics, English and the Sciences. Building positive and successful relationships with students, tutors and parents is paramount. You will work along side the owner in helping to support the continued growth of the company.

Key responsibilities oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth learning environment. These operations will include daily administrative tasks - answering phone calls and responding to enquiries, booking in assessments, enrolling students, taking payments. Drive academic excellence and student success.

Develop and implement innovative educational strategies. Assist in training and guiding tutors. Tutor students when needed. Meet and greet parents and students on a daily basis. Foster a positive, motivating atmosphere for both tutors and students. Manage the student timetable, absences and timetable changes.

Qualifications & experience teaching qualification and experience in either or both, primary and secondary schools in New Zealand. Proven track record in educational management. Strong communication, listening and leadership skills. A good understanding of curriculum development and educational strategies.

Strong organisational skills and systems orientated. An ability to build positive relationships with students. Experience (but not essential) with the Xero accounting system. Start date for this position will ideally be the 22nd July 2024 but this is open for negotiation.
