Client our client is an organization within the department of education seeking Customer Service Superstars to assist their Customer Service team.

Responsibilities provide course information. Application Assessments – Ensuring students are eligibility for funding. Updating student details and accounts. Actioning payment plans for students and taking payments. Identifying student system issues and resolving. Utilising multiple systems inclusive of Customer Relationship Managers.

Hours 15 – 24 hours per week across 3 days. You will be rostered based on what shifts you can do. The hours to choose from will range from 2pm – 7pm and 3-8pm.

Ideal candidate high level of Customer Service Experience. High level of data accuracy & processing. Adaptable and quick at navigating multiple systems. Responsible and able to work autonomously without supervision. High level of initiative, A team player.
