Our Roles1 x Permanent full-time at $92,211.00 + 5wks annual leave. 1 x 12month Fixed term/secondment full-time at $92,211.00 + 5wks annual leave. 1x 6month Fixed term/secondment full-time at $92,211.00 + 5wks annual leave (pro-rate).

As an Advisor Customer Liaison, you'll support tenant consultation through property redevelopments, improvement programmes, refurbishments, remediation, and help them work through the process of relocation into other accommodation for short or long-term stays. You'll also have responsibility for all business-initiated transfers for Kāinga Ora across the region.

You will be that person who is responsible for working with the customer to place them into alternative accommodation. You will work through their needs and whanau requirements to give them confidence that we are there to support them into a safe and healthy home.

What you will bring you'll have a wealth of experience in a complex, customer-facing role, with a sound understanding of project management fundamentals. Your strength will be your ability to build and maintain strong relationships, with the interpersonal skills to match, in particular in pressured environments.

You'll be a strong communicator, with tried and tested negotiation and conflict-resolution skills. Your cultural awareness and competency will ensure you interact with customers in an inclusive and respectful way that is aligned to their aspirations and preferences.

You will need to show flexibility in your work, alongside common sense outcomes. As this role will require travel around the region, you will hold a current New Zealand driver's license (vehicle provided).
