Our role as Advisor Customer Liaison, you'll support tenant consultation for property redevelopments, improvement programmes, divestments, refurbishments, remediation, Home Lease Expiries and any other Asset-based programme that impacts on a tenant.
You'll also have responsibility for all Business-Initiated Transfers for Kāinga Ora across the region, and assist in the development and implementation of customer consultation and relocation processes for all of Kāinga Ora capital projects, to ensure the delivery of our asset programme in a timely and appropriate manner.
What you will bring you'll have a wealth of experience in a complex, customer-facing role, with a sound understanding of project management fundamentals. Your strength will be your ability to build and maintain strong relationships, with the interpersonal skills to match, in particular in pressured environments.
You'll be a strong communicator, with tried and tested negotiation and conflict-resolution skills. Your cultural awareness and competency will ensure you interact with customers in an inclusive and respectful way that is aligned to their aspirations and preferences. As this role will require travel around the region, you will hold a current and full New Zealand driver's license (vehicle provided).
