Pumpt is looking for an ambitious and talented Account Coordinator to join our dynamic North Shore team. We need someone who can multitask in the true sense of the term, is a team player and can take ownership of supporting the Account Management team and add value, inspire, and challenge. We need someone who has worked in the advertising/media/print arena or similar so understands deadlines and can handle the pressure that comes with this. No melt downs allowed - we need cool, calm and collected and someone who just gets stuff done and owns it.

You will need to be self-driven, results orientated and a natural planner. You must be confident and  enjoy working with a team of vibrant passionate people and be a great organiser in all aspects of the role. Your role will be to support the Account Managers in the day to day processes and admin required to help us manage our impressive (and ever expanding) client list, and is key to the success of the business.

Your ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across the organisation and with suppliers is vital. You’ll be working on some of New Zealand’s largest retail and franchise accounts, helping in the execution of integrated marketing and print campaigns. You must be confident with managing up and asking for work from your ‘A’ type personality client service team because let’s face it admin is not a sales persons key strength so they need you to organise them.

Desirable attributes include energy and a ‘can-do’ attitude. Previous experience in Advertising, Media or Co-Ordination would be a bonus. A tertiary qualification is an advantage, but not a requirement. Outstanding eagle eye for attention to detail, Willingness to learn, Process driven.

Loves organisation - this is key to an admin support role. Must have experience in a similar role. Excellent communication skills. A high standard of personal presentation. Team spirit and the ability to work autonomously. Excellent computer skills are mandatory, as is strong numeracy and general literacy skills. A clean driver’s license is also required.
