Admissions and Administration Assistant Whanganui Collegiate School location Whanganui.

Whanganui Collegiate School is an Anglican Co-educational, seven-day boarding and day school which has been providing first class education for over 168 years. The Admissions and Administration Assistant is responsible for the coordination of the pre-enrolment and enrolment process through to student commencement at school for domestic students.

Along with providing general administrative assistance.  As this position is often the first contact point for future students and their families it is vital to the ongoing success of the School.

The successful candidate will bring skills to the role that will enable them to build a relationship with potential families and guide them from the initial enquiry to the successful enrolment of their child. Ensure that all enrolment details are maintained in an accurate way that meets both School and legislative requirements.

Work alongside the Headmaster’s EA and the Executive Administrator to arrange interviews and Letters of Offer. Work closely with the Marketing and Events Coordinator with the preparation of relevant Admissions marketing material. Assist in planning and facilitating School Tour Days, Sleepover Weekends, New Student, and other promotional events.

Assist with various administration duties as requested. Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite, and Kamar, would be an advantage, yet ongoing training will be given to the successful candidate.
