Childcare Administrator | St Albans
About the Role
We’re looking for an organised, personable, and detail‑focused Childcare Administrator to join one of our St Albans Centre. This role is central to the smooth operations of the centre and is often the first point of contact for our families.
You’ll work within the Centre Leadership Team, supporting enrolments, compliance, and administrative processes while creating a welcoming and professional experience for families, children, and team members.
This role suits someone who enjoys structure, takes pride in accuracy, and values being part of a collaborative, purpose‑driven team.
This role is Monday to Friday, working between the hours of 9-5pm.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Welcoming families and acting as the first point of contact for enquiries
Managing enrolments, records, and centre documentation
Supporting compliance and reporting requirements
Maintaining accurate data across CRM systems and databases
Providing administrative support to the Centre Leadership Team
Ensuring systems and processes run efficiently and consistently
About You
Previous experience in an administrative role (childcare or similar environment preferred)
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Friendly, professional communication style
Ability to work independently while supporting a team
Current Working with Children Check and National Police Check
Full Australian working rights
