About the role we are looking for an Administrator to join our Kia Puāwai Youth Service team in New Lynn This is a Full-time position, working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm. This role fills an integral part of the services at Kia Puāwai Youth Services.  You will ensure administrative tasks are completed within allocated time frames, manage a busy reception providing exceptional customer service and general office administration including invoicing, fleet management and our social media platforms.   Ideally, you will be a highly organised individual with integrity, an ability for problem solving, friendly and have a positive attitude.

About you friendly, approachable, and professional. Excellent customer service skills. Experienced administrator with strong attention to detail. Willing to participate and join us on our bi-cultural journey. Organised, responsible and able to work to deadlines. Motivated to make a real difference to support of our staff, caregivers, and clients. Able to complete satisfactory Police and MSD checks and have a full NZ license. Experience with social media is an advantage.

About Kia Puāwai we are a specialised non-profit organisation providing therapeutic services for young people who have complex behaviour and/or mental health needs. Our innovative approach combines evidence-based models of practice along with a focus on our Tikanga:  Manaakitanga, Wairuatanga, Aroha and Whanaungatanga. Our national office is in Auckland, and we have over 250 staff and caregivers supporting young people and their families and whanau across Northland, greater Auckland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Hawkes Bay, Lower North Island and Lower South Island.
