RTO Administration Officer AGA is expanding its training offerings, in this position you will play a leading role in the training activities and you will be joining a dynamic team with a focus on achieving excellence in quality training delivery. We are seeking a fun, energetic and experienced RTO administration officer to join our Administration team on a full-time basis. About the role the RTO Administration Officer will support the whole lifecycle of the student journey, supporting all stages of their training from enquiries/enrolments to their completion. This includes (but not limited to) processing of enrolments, resulting assessments, processing enrolment amendments and completions which result in certificate issuances. You will attend to phone/email enquiries and respond appropriately within the given timeframes. AGA is looking for someone who is driven with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy when processing and show initiative to work to ensure quality outcomes are reached. This is a role full of variety and no given day will be the same.

Processing and maintaining accurate data, reporting and correspondence. Quality data and compliance check. Implement procedures and forms. Assisting with internal and external audits (Skills First Funding). Manage student information from enrolment to the completion of training including competency resulting, certificate issuing. Liaise with all stakeholders. Organise and maintain student records. Manage assessment records. Enhance administration procedures. Manage Learning Management System-LMS (training resources for training face-to-face and online) including VETtrak.

What AGA is looking for you to bring to the role knowledge of the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) and Australian qualifications framework (AQF). Minimum 2-3 years previous experience Office Administrator or simular role (preferably within an RTO). Experience with VETtrakā€™s student management system or similar software. Clear, concise and accurate communication skills with the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.

Cert IV in Training & Assessment (TAE 40116) or equivalent level of experience in Business Administration / Training. Knowledge & understanding of the Standards for RTOs 2015. Knowledge of the state funding applications & reporting requirements. Problem solving skills, solutions-oriented with exceptional time management skills.
