The role we are looking for a Full Time, Administrator of Systems to join our passionate Business System team and provide systems support to the hundreds of facilities we manage nationally. This position is based in NSW or Canberra and focus' on supporting our venues in NSW and Canberra, but will also remotely support our venues nationally.

You’ll be delivering exceptional customer service to thousands of staff on the other side of the phone and screen. The successful applicants will be confident self-starters who have a positive, ambitious, and independent approach to their work and can see the bigger picture in terms of how their contribution matters.

The Administrator of Systems are responsible for the implementation, upkeep, reliable and consistent configuration of the Leisure Management systems used across the business including Active World, RMS, SwiftPOS, MiClub, NetBookings.

Key responsibilitiesensure excellent customer service through the application of customer support skills, business, and technical knowledge. Responsible for monitoring and responding to relevant open tickets submitted through the support ticketing system(s). Troubleshoot and escalate issues that cannot be resolved.

Provide training to our operational teams in our new and existing systems. Assist in configuring systems. Assist in the migration from old systems to new. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to departmental initiatives.

Assist in improving and documenting the technical processes around application support. Assist with troubleshooting any hardware issues that relate to our customer management systems. Assist with the education of centre staff on the use of Microsoft Teams.

The ideal candidate along with an interest in the leisure and recreation area and experience with Business Systems, you will have the following attributes excited by change. Systems savvy. Highly organized. Comfortable with the necessary technology, including computers, software applications, phone systems, etc.

Ability to problem solve, multitask and remain calm under pressure. Strong communicator, both verbal and written communication. Exceptional customer service. Understanding of Microsoft Office suite. Hold a current driver’s license. Willingness to work from venues across Sydney and NSW.

Desirables experienced with and strong understanding of Leisure Management Systems and POS. Experience with training team members. Project Management experience. Experience with Power BI.
