Description

Administrator Assistant Magazine Clothing Limited location Auckland.

Do you love fashion? Magazine Designer Clothing stocks designer fashion labels in sizes 10-26 from across the globe, and has 12 stores throughout New Zealand, as well as a thriving online store. We are a small friendly hands-on team.

We have an exciting opportunity to join us in our Head office team (Mt Albert) as an administration assistant/PA. This is a varied role which includes liaising with our stores and suppliers, weekly store newsletter communication, organising invoices for our accounts clerk and arranging supplier credits. Maintaining stock levels of stationery supplies and POS materials for stores, ordering, and replenishing as needed.

The role also includes creating adverts, liaising with publications, creating signage and posters along with some database management. Some lifting and packing boxes is also involved. No one day is ever the same. We're looking for someone with a high level of initiative, attention to detail and is super friendly.

You will have strong telephone and computer skills, be a confident typist, and have an adaptable positive attitude. Experience using Canva (not necessary as can be taught). Flexibility to cover annual leave/sick leave is also a prerequisite. The role may grow to include some social media, marketing and assisting with our online store as required.

We will provide you with a permanent part time position for approx two days a week (Monday & Friday). We offer flexible working conditions, as this role could be structured to suit school hours, with free parking.

You will receive a generous discount on clothing. This is a busy and varied role, most suited to someone skilled at multi-tasking who's happy to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in! If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you. Hours and remuneration will be discussed with the successful candidate.
