Administrator Cultivate location Auckland.

As a Claims Payment Administrator you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate preparation and payment of client claims. You will be interacting with clients via calls and emails with each interaction giving you the opportunity to review, assess and make payments.

Verify critical information and match against their policy to ensure validity. Generate written correspondence such as letters and emails. Communicate with customers over the phone to seek clarity and / or    additional information. Provide administration support.

You know you’re right for this role if you’re experienced in managing customer/ client queries and have a passion for delivering the very best service to your customers. Willing to embrace learning - insurance experience is not essential as there will be plenty of on the job training to ensure you are well supported in your onboarding journey.
