Administrator Comcare Trust location Canterbury.

Comcare Trust assists people with mental health and/or addiction issues to live well in the Canterbury community. We provide a rich and diverse range of Social Housing and Mental Health Support Services to the local community.

The role this is a new role for Comcare and is a permanent full-time position. Based in our reception area the Triage (client referral) administrator will provide the immediate point of welcome for clients and be the key administrator for client and provider referrals.

Who we are looking for ideally you will have the following skills, attributes, and experience patience, compassion, and sensitivity to persons with experience of mental health and/or addictions. Able to maintain confidentiality and use discretion.

A passion for customer service. A high standard of written communication. The ability to work well with systems and databases. Strong skills in working collaboratively across an organization. You will have a good understanding of the nature and requirements of client referral processes and can effectively build relationships and rapport.
