The company is experiencing growth so have created this new role in their busy administration team.
The role this is a very busy role, requiring a high attention to detail. You will be someone who thrives on accuracy and efficiency, enjoys a bustling work environment and is a true self-starter. Your main responsibilities revolve around data entry of received job information in an accurate and efficient manner, but also include answering phones, greeting clients at the front counter, office up-keep and ordering supplies.

About you to be successful in this role you will have a keen eye for detail, be adaptable and have a sense of humour. Whilst not sitting on reception, you will be responsible for greeting high-end clients with a warm and friendly manner, so a professional disposition is imperative. You will be a strong communicator who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys working to tight deadlines and genuinely loves the detail.
In order for your application to be successful you must have the following Jewellery knowledge (e.g. worked in retail jewellery store). Excellent computer skills. Experience working in an administrative office environment. Neat handwriting. This role is not for the faint of heart, if you thrive under pressure and enjoy your day going by so quickly because you didn’t have time to look at the clock, then this is the role for you.
