Provide level 3 Support internally. Report into IT Manager we are currently seeking a full-time ICT Infrastructure Administrator to immediately join our ICT Team. The ICT Infrastructure Administrator is responsible for ensuring the stability, integrity and efficient operation of the network and in-house server environment.  Provide troubleshooting and monitoring of the corporate servers, network and applications whilst providing third level support services. Desirable experiences & knowledge & skills, management of email and database environment, knowledge of server and desktop systems and their related infrastructure, virtualisation software and processes, assisting with day to day management of the network environment (routers, switches, firewalls, vlan & wan solutions), day to day troubleshooting and management of citrix environments, systems security, antivirus and spyware software, extensive experience in backup and replication products and technologies, level 3 service desk support and onsite work in nsw as required, assisting the ict team with project deployment, exceptional communication and customer service skills, strong self-management, time management and organisation skills.
