Administrator Madison Recruitment Limited location Auckland.

32 hours per week with flexible start and finish times. Mount Wellington location with free parking onsite. Full training and on-going support provided.

Our Client Globally recognised as the market leader of electro-pneumatic manufacturing; our client opened their New Zealand office in 1982 with the goal of providing clients with high quality products with a customer centric design and commercial support. Due to continuous growth over the years, our client is now looking to bring on a permanent part time administrator in their Mount Wellington Office. The role You will be responsible for supporting various teams across the Auckland Office with logistical and administrative duties to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of operations.

Key responsibilities of the position oversee the management of general facilities maintenance of the Auckland office. Provide administrative support to the Technical Director and Sales & Marketing Director. Liaise with QHSE Manager on OH&S Compliance for the Auckland site, ensuring contractor induction processes and records are maintained in accordance with legislation.

Coordinate training courses and materials for external customers and employees, and manage customer training records. Maintain stationery, facilities and office supplies including kitchen and other areas. Coordinate travel itineraries for employees, including group bookings for meetings, exhibitions and conferences. Organise catering during meetings, training courses, conferences, and other events. Assist the IT department to distribute IT equipment and computer supplies across departments and branches. Manage and direct external and internal mail.

Successful candidate proven experience within office administration role confident working with the Microsoft Office suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage time effectively. The ability to work well independently and within a team. Enjoys working across different areas of the business and interacting with both internal and external customers.
