Our client is a successful and well-known New Zealand business that is growing quickly and needs an additional person to support the Sales and Administration team.
Requirements include 2-3 years’ experience in sales administration/customer services/PA, preferably in a similar industry. Strong communication skills, both orally and written. High degree of professionalism and strong attention to detail. Strong organisational skills. Self-motivated, ability multitask, meet, and exceed deadlines with excellent time management skills. Excellent PC skills and proficient use of Microsoft office suite of products Proficient use of the Microsoft Office suite of products, problem-solving skills.
Duties include sales support across all NZ Retail and Commercial Clients. Provide admin support to the Commercial Manager. Answering phones and emails promptly. Manager day-to-day administration tasks. Understanding customer’s needs. General office housekeeping. Managing contracts/ agreements. Coordinating projects. Help support the Marketing team.
